One of the world's most popular film stars from the 1940s to the 1960s, He continued to play major film roles until the late 1970s. In 1999, the American Film Institute named Peck among the Greatest Male Stars of All Time, Usually I don't watch any movie more than once. But I saw his 'Mackenna's gold' three times, a twenty five years back at DAVI Cinema Theater in Chennai.
